In the program, the 44-yearold shared an update about her medical condition. She revealed she was healthy after beating cancer of the pancreas stage 2 at the beginning of the year. Menounos stated, "I'm feeling great and thankful to be in good health along with my son." Litsa Menounos, Maria's mom, had been diagnosed with glioblastomamultiforme (GBM) that is a deadly and hard-to-treat brain cancer, towards the close of August, 2016 aged 60. Menounos was actively taking care of Maria's mom, who had undergone chemotherapy and radiation. Mariah Carey was an American musician, singer, record producer and actress. Referred to as the Songbird Supreme by Guinness World Records she is noted for the five-octave range of her songwriting melismatic singing style and characteristic use of the whistle register.
